We're looking for an Account Manager / Account Exec for a busy integrated agency to work across a couple of high profile clients. As a team, everyone here has their own creative pursuits - you'll be among like-minded people.

You'll be working closely with the senior creatives and strategists on a variety of projects. The client management team are there to support and offer training on the clients that you'll be liaising with day to day.

While the role is typical Account Management with the scope of work involving briefing, competitor research and managing day-to-day operations for the client - there is the opportunity of growth in the role. You'll be working closely with the Business Director to learn the ropes and offer support as needed.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- At least 2 years experience working in an advertising agency or design studio
- Experience working on multiple projects in parallel
- A strong understanding of the design process and workflow
- Ability to forge excellent client relations and build rapport
- Absorb and process information quickly and efficiently
- An inclination and desire to learn and develop on the job
- Be comfortable working in a small but fast-paced environment
