My client is a fully integrated brand, digital and experience agency with offices based in the heart of the Melbourne CBD.

Very established in the industry and work with global blue chip tech companies delivering everything from AR experiences, brand concepts right through to state-of-the-art event experiences.

This agency prides their culture on kindness and work ethic, as well as innovation and team work.

They are now looking for a new account services professional to join their growing team.

Specifics and responsibilities of the role:

- Minimum 3 years agency experience is required
- Firm understanding or understanding of Design
- Work with clients to understand their objectives and enable their success
- Contribute to the growth of existing clients
- Interpreting client briefs
- Managing internal briefs Problem solver to the client
- Providing estimates and quotes to clients, and ensuring all
- Projects are delivered on time, to budget and to standard
- Monthly reporting with clients on progress
- Assisting with pitches and pre-sales opportunities
