What is your proudest moment working at Artisan?
Well there's been a few over the years. The highlight would definitely be when I billed a $100k during my first quarter as a 360 degree consultant and at the same time hit my personal goal of running a 500 hour temp desk.
What has been your weirdest/funnest moment at Artisan?
Weirdest for me, funniest for everyone else moment has to be the dance / rap lip sync for Push It. Death.
What does a typical day look like for you?
Talking to candidates - lots of it. Finding new talent - lots of it. Running interviews and understanding candidates skill sets and building talent pools for the team. There's quite a bit of admin involved too which I do not like one bit but part and parcel.
How many years have you been in the industry?
6.5 years in recruitment. I didn't realize I've crossed 5. Wow.

How do you express your creativity?
Absolutely love abstract painting. If I were good at it I would make it my career. I do sell minimalist digital art prints online through Etsy. And I do enjoy cooking and trying my hand at fusion recipes.
What is your hidden talent?
I recently discovered I can actually keep a plant alive. That talent was definitely hidden for a long time. And if Marie Kondo hadn't figured out a way to make money from organising cupboards and shelves before I did, it would've been call the KonSham method.
You’re happiest when?
Lately it's when the sun is out and I can be in the backyard tending to my plants with music playing for company.
What advices would you give a 12 year old you?
Mint Ice Cream tastes like toothpaste and you should never bite into a cod liver oil capsule.
