These days we're frequently asked to send copies of documents we're holding in our hot little IRL hands via email to someone who needs them... and if you're in the office and there's a printer\scanner handy, then it shouldn't be a problem. But what if you're out and about, or you're at home and you don't own a scanner?
In those situations, sure - time is often of the essence when it comes to the transfer of essential documents, but it's so important to remember that quality counts for something too. So we don't recommend simply trying to take a picture of your important papers just using your phone's camera and crossing your fingers that'll cut the mustard.
Instead, download a decent scanning app so you're ALWAYS able to capture and transfer documents in a quality manner no matter where you are.
WHICH SCANNING APP SHOULD I DOWNLOAD?
Our recommendation is Adobe Scan. It scans documents, whiteboards, forms, receipts and so much more, and turns them into a PDF - and the quality is so good, the person receiving your documents will be singing your praises for weeks.
So don't send dud versions of your documents to important clients or contacts anymore, oh no! Install Adobe Scan on your phone, and make everyone's life a little easier (to read).
