EVENT: Adam J. Kurtz National Tour

Full-Time Senior Corporate Creative-Director Employment Australia, Full-Time Digital-Studio Finished-Artists Positions, Temp Mid-to-Senior Digital Mac-Operator Recruitment Darwin

Great news for graphic design enthusiasts! Adam J. Kurtz (aka "ADAMJK"), the Brooklyn-based artist and author who has featured in the New Yorker, VICE, and Adweek, and whose books include '1 Page at a Time' and 'Things Are What You Make Of Them', is touring Australia!

He'll be appearing at The Design Conference in Brisbane on May 30 to deliver a keynote speech, but if you missed a chance to see him at that sold-out event, don't worry... he'll be visiting Sydney, Hobart, Adelaide, Perth and Melbourne during the first half of June thanks to AGDA and The Design Conference.

"Adam’s work is often a reaction to internet culture, exploring the evolving role of design and language in their modern context, where text and image “memes” rule conversation and have changed the nature of communication itself. It’s no surprise then that he’s amassed a considerable online audience of young—and young-at-heart—creatives.

In addition to personal work, he’s collaborated with brands including Penguin Random House, Urban Outfitters, Brooklyn Public Library, and Instagram, plus appeared in campaigns for UNIQLO, NYC Pride, Reebok and more."

You can catch Adam J. Kurtz at the following events:

Sydney - Monday, 3rd June - Turbine Hall, Powerhouse Museum, 500 Harris St, Ultimo
Hobart - Wednesday, 5th June – Foundry, Brooke St Pier (top floor), Franklin Wharf
Adelaide - Thursday, 6th June - The Howling Owl, Corner Vaughan & Cinema Place, Rundle Street
Perth - Monday, 10th June - The Auditorium, City of Perth Library, 573 Hay Street
Melbourne - Wednesday, 12th June - Clemenger Auditorium, NGV, 180 St Kilda Road
